I don't mind it. I don't find it anymore stupid that any other Holiday (although I find Halloween excessively dumb).

Valentines Day is bullshit imo. Just another excuse to either feed your money into an industry or feel sorry for yourself because you have no one to
spend money on or on you.
I spent it up north with my orchestra doing intense rehearsals. There was literally no space for privacy, but I don't care because I got to use my
boyfriend as a pillow during breaks and on the long, nauseating busride back into the city.
Still, it would have been nice to use it as an excuse to go on a date to one of my favorite restaurants.

I disagree. V-Day, like anything, is only as shallow as you make it. I made my girlfriend a giant Valentines Day card with paper I stole from the
library and taped five poems I wrote about her to the inside of it, and she made me a hand drawn book full of our inside jokes next to lyrics from my
favorite bands.
I thought it was sweet. Sophia! Hi!

I don't know... I've always had the idea that men followed it because women expected it and we like vagina. Then again, I think a lot of social
constructs are stupid, so I like to shift blame off of myself.
But, I guess historically men really didn't have to care what women thought, so I guess it was competition with other men that drove up 'chivalry'.

What I saw saying with that was basically what y'all were saying. Although men were expected to act a certain way (the upper class for example would
reject you from their culture if you didn't follow their strict social structures [although men likely created that too]), for the most part, I
don't think it really mattered what women thought, as y'all said. Since ya know, until like 100 years ago (perhaps less depending on how you want
to see it), women were essentially ignored.

O.... Looks like there's gonna be dramaz tomorrow. lol.
J and I were in an awkward "I thought we made plans?" "Oh, those were just maybe plans weren't they?" "Uh.... I guess you thought they were"
thing. Anyway, she had other plans with her friend, so whatever, but then her friend couldn't do their plans. So we were gonna hang out, but then
we decided to go to eat with our families.
Then a few hours later, my friend was at another friend's house and the friend's friend's dad said he saw J at the movies.
Not really a big deal, just annoying that she lied and told me a place she went to with her grandparents that she ran into someone there and other
stuff.
Or maybe the friend's friend's dad saw someone else. Guess I'll see lol.
Edit: Yeah, he be blind ;p.

As in she doesn't find herself attractive? My girlfriend has the same issue. We haven't done anything in about two weeks and probably won't for at

Ah that was a typo lol. "Her hating head" is how it should have been.
Basically she thinks she's too good to suck dick. Which would be understandable, but she loved getting fingered. So I finally told her that it was
getting stupid, and her solution was to just stop everything. Pretty dumb in my opinion.
